In this first class (of our 4-part series), we will tackle BREAKFAST, as the Rachels will teach us how to make: Overnight Oats + Protein-packed Smoothies. Each participant will take home 2 servings of oats (Bring your own jar!) and enjoy a smoothie during the workshop.
