Mending 101

  • Chapel of the Epiphany 6030 Chancellor Boulevard Vancouver, BC, V6T 1E7 Canada (map)

Mending our lives, one hole at a time.

Mending is the sustainable + mindful practice of making loved clothes last.

Mending 1) keeps your clothes out of the landfill, 2) expresses your creativity, 3) saves you money, and 4) offers an alternative to the throw-away culture incited by the fast-fashion industry.

Learn to repair your own clothing with simple techniques and materials for FREE! Register below. No experience required. Bring your own sewing kit or use our tools and materials.

This workshop is led by Kate Miller.

*Please bring 1-3 garments in need of repair.

If you’d like to support this ministry with a donation, you can give here.
